Fairview Rockers

These rockers were on the front porch of the Fairview Inn. I retouched this one a bit because the white rockers are blending in with the white wall too much. I'm quite pleased with the results, although there could still be more definition between the chairs and the wall.

I may have to sit down and think about that for awhile.

These look inviting!
Thank you for letting me know about my blog on CDPB. Apparently, there's a technical glitch.

Rambling Round: I have noticed that quite a few blogs have just dropped off my favorites list lately. I don't know if there's some sort of limit. But you're back on there now! I may have to finally start doing the google thing. But I don't like to log onto my blog while I'm at work.

I like this shot a lot, Halcyon...it looks like the lomo effect. Very nicely done!

Lovely shot! Il ne manque plus que les crinolines ! Et un mint julip (ou julep je ne sais plus)

Just the kind of porch I'd like to have someday! From what I am reading, you are not originally from the U.S., is that correct? You are from France? How long have you been in Jackson? Have you had a chance to experience the Sweet Potato Queen Parade on St. Patrick's Day?

Which RTJ do you go to? Auburn or P'ville?

This is a perfect and quaint scene that reminds me of long-ago resorts.

Yes, we both have white rockers. That's funny.
