A photographic look at life in Jackson, Mississippi and the surrounding area
The Lovely Hole
The poo makers enjoy the lovely hole at Colonial Golf Club. At least they didn't make too much of a mess on my tee. And I can see why they like this hole, it's my favorite too!
We have only a few of these guys here. They're pretty but the do make a mess. In south Florida we had what we called Muckety Ducks - really ugly - and they made just as big a mess.
You don't want them pooing on the tee box...'cause you're not supposed to slide on your swing!
It's funny how the Canada Geese love the parks and golf links in the cities but are seldom seen out here in the country. Although we do have a pair that visit our pond in the Spring. MB

Go back to Canada, you ingrates.
Ducks and geese are fun to watch, but I think I know what you mean by poo makers. Watch your step!

I love taking my grandkids to feed the ducks and geese, but it is hard to keep them from stepping in the poo!
So calm and green and ahhhh!
The photo isn't near the station in Rennes. It's "la rue des bars" near Sainte Anne.
Lovely is the first word coming to mind seeing this place.
«Louis» is glad the poo makers didn't mess up your tee! It is AMAZING what a mess those birds can make!
Ciel: Ahhh... rue de la soif ! Je la connais bien.

MB: I'll give them a map and marching orders to fly up north toute suite!
The fresh verdure is very beautiful.
Happy weekend.
