A photographic look at life in Jackson, Mississippi and the surrounding area
My wife makes great oatmeal waffles - with real maple syrup and a little peanut butter (try that) - yummmm!
I see them when we travel but, we don't have any in the area.
j'aime bien cette vue, on a envie de prendre la tasse ;)
I used to go there all the time!
I miss the USA!
I used to go there, but the last time I went, I got sick after eating an omelet. I guess I should just stick with the waffles!
Lois: That's too bad. Let's hope it was just a one-time thing. I don't eat omlettes, but I love their waffles!!
The mug is great, but I'm not so keen on waffles...
It's a tough life sometimes!
I like the photo, but tend to make waffles at home......
I don't think I've ever eaten at a Waffle House, although we have a lot of them in Florida. Will have to try it sometime (before playing golf). How did you score being so well fortified?
Hmmm. I should make some waffles this weekend! :)
When I first looked at this, I thought they were sculptures, not on a table top. Ya got me! hahaha!
Ha! Love the photo it bring back good memories of road trips and pancakes with cheap syrup
Glad you were fortified!
Thank you for this welcoming photo. That reminds me that I should put some coffee on. Wish you a great day.
There's only one food better than waffles...hot cakes!
Now you've done it! «Louis» is going to have to fortify himself with pecan waffles and maple syrup from Ole's in Alameda!
I'm glad it fortified you for such a grueling day. ;) You've just made me realize that I've never had a waffle. I always mean to but always end up ordering my favorite fluffy cheese pancakes.
