I could think of dozens of ways to do this bench in that environment but knowing city planners, I like this very much. I think they got carried away and did the job just about perfect.
You also did a great job of taking the picture.
I wish you would have shown an old man and a young lady seated. That would be interesting. lol Or, a old woman and a young man.
