Jay Bird

A Eurasian Jay seen at the feeder at my MiL's house. This photo was taken with my new zoom lens. Not too bad, eh?

It's great that you spotted this pretty bird. I only ever see sparrows!

Do you have a feeder to feed the bird?

Not too bad is right...very good. And a beautiful bird...not like our blue jays...

So, what kind of lens did you get?

How cool! Are they indigenous to your area? I've never seen anything like that!

Guild Rez: My MiL puts muesli out for the birds. They only seem to like the raisins and the nuts though as the flakes stay in the feeding tray. But it gets them here anyway!

Jacob: I got a Nikon 18 - 200 mm lens. I love it!

Lana: I'm in Germany right now. These birds are common in Europe.

Cool-looking bird, I assume they are common wherever you are at?
