A mile a day, keeps a smile-on all day :)

For 2010 Mississippi has claimed the title of fattest state for the fifth consecutive year. We don't feel proud to be at the top of this list. With these awareness initiatives floating around, it should all be an uphill ride from here.

Did you do the full mile? I think this is a good idea, but not sure if it will really get people motivated.

Walking is the perfect exercise for many people. 10,000 steps (five miles) per day is the American Heart Association's recommendation. Get off the blog! Out the door and start walking!
