Today would have been my four year bloggiversary with Jackson Daily Photo. Here's a look at some the last shots I took of my former home back in June.
It is with a heavy heart that I am shutting this photo blog down. Four years ago my then boyfriend (later husband) asked me if I wanted to move from Paris, France to Jackson, Mississippi. I didn't think I could ever enjoy life in the Deep South as much as I did in the Old World, but I did. It was a wonderful place to spend four years and I don't regret the decision we made. Now it's on to Toronto!
Edited to add: After almost three years in Canada, we have moved back to the Old World. Come visit me at my new Berlin Blog.

une vie qui s'arrete et une nouvelle vie qui commence, bonne continuité a Toronto
This is a nice testimony to your feelings for Jackson. It's hard to leave a place that has impacted your life for good...
But I think you're going to do very well in Toronto...and then, who knows?
Back to Jackson? Paris? Germany?
It's always sad to say goodbye!
Your strength sometimes comes from an ability to be flexible, to adjust to and embrace change. I look forward to your ongoing posts from Toronto and from your many travels.

Best wishes on your new home, I will look forward to seeing Toronto.
I remember helping you move into your house.
Those are some gorgeous flowers!
