Is this the building right next to BRT? If it is then it is actually not abandoned. It is a small eatery that is only open in the mornings and on sat. It has good home cooked comfort food.
This place is called Baby Ruth's. They have great breakfast and lunch. When we first started Black Rose Theatre we would go over there while working on sets. They have great blue plate lunches...usually fried Chicken and real vegetables. Breakfast usually consited of two scrambled eggs, two pieces of bacon and toast, grits and a large glass of Milk and OJ for about three bucks. I think Ruth is still there running it.

This is a melancholy scene. Does someone still live there?
B & W gives a kind of nostalgic feel -- at one time this building was full of life. It seems still serviceable -- it's people that are missing.
