A photographic look at life in Jackson, Mississippi and the surrounding area
Madison Roll
My husband treated me to dinner at Nagoya recently. I decided to try the Madison Roll named for the city I live in - Madison, Mississippi. It was pretty tasty too!
Tanya: I can't actually remember exactly what was in it. I think it was tuna. It definitely had some of that mayonnaise-y crabmeat mix, but I think that was on top. And then it was covered in that crispy tempura stuff. It was a bit rich, but I like to try different things. I'd probably only order it again if I had someone to share it with.
Je suis sûre que ça devait être délicieux mais là tout de suite, beurk, on a mangé japonais avec des collègues à midi et il y a un truc qui n'est pas passé... :-(

It does look good and I like that name--my granddaughter's name is Madison!

Yum! What was inside it?

Looks good enough to eat, but I think no surprise is a good surprise so I too, would need to know what is in the Madison Roll...
I am quite ashamed to comfess that I have never eaten Japanese...
I like trying out these fusion sushi rolls but usually end up going back to the traditional ones once I've sated my curiosity.
