He is a tufted titmouse. They are songbirds that like woodlands areas. The neighborhood where I live used to be a pine forest and still has quite a few old pines, so we're lucky to have lots of feathered friends around!
I have quite a few of these little birds too! Yesterday my grandson and I saw three huge pileated woodpeckers in my backyard. Unfortunately they were so far up in the trees that I couldn't get a good picture. They were fun to watch though.
