Last Trees

There's a little forest area behind the eighteenth hole. I've always thought it looks a bit like a harvesting area for Christmas trees!

People say they see deer and other animals here quite often. I'm not surprised. The name Deerfield had to come from somewhere, right?

I bet they have lost more than one tree to the Christmas ax.

There are so few places for deer to have their young and enjoy some kind of life. I suppose this little grove of spruce.

If I played that golf course, I would probably be quite familiar with the innards of the "little forest."

Jacob: You'd have to hit some crazy shot to get in that forest. It's right behind the men's tees. But you might be just the man to do it! ;-)

I'm sure the animals appreciate the fact that the trees are there!

Under those trees are there many little white balls?

My thoughts precisely. That's where all the small white thingies end up.
