Fall Roses
I had a bumper crop of roses this year. They bloomed all spring and summer and there are still quite a few buds this far into fall. I really enjoy these beauties.

Interesting about the Hindu temple. So happy that you are still getting roses and that you are sharing their beauty.
As for the hawkers on our blogs. It is amazing how good the computer generated comments are getting. All that stuff like, "so lovely you become and to see such happiness in your kind words." Are you as sick of it as I am????
We had rosebushes already old thirty years ago when we bought our house. However, we never did very well with them and now simply enjoy them in other's gardens.
Honestly, I don't do much to these roses. I cut off the old buds when they're spent and fertilize a couple of times a year. Luckily, we seem to have picked hearty varities.

une belle rose d'automne, j'aime cette couleur, elle donne du dynamisme
What a delightful sight during the autumn days. It's a pleasure to see this beauty that reminds me of spring.
Nice, mine have been gone for a while now.
Never had any luck growing these.
That's a beauty! Seems like the last roses of summer are the ones we appreciate the most!
nice shots! and mine, too, have been gone for a while. I need to prune them back and get ready for spring!
How lovely! I hear it's very hard to take care of roses, you must have a green thumb :-D

Not surprising considering your staff Limo is a Yugo!
Beautiful! Enjoy them while you still can.
How alluring to pick on after the other, until receiving the right answer.
A great picture indeed. Please have you all a good Tuesday.

I love roses, but have never been able to grow them well. This one is magnificent! Great color. Maybe you'll have some for Christmas?
