Graves

There were many casualties during the Civil War. These are graves of the Union soldiers. The Confederate soldiers lie in another location.

Such a long time ago, yet, it seems like we are still fighting over some of the same issues;Federalism vs. states rights.

A lovely old cemetery! There is one near my office that has civil war graves and the Union soldiers are separated from the Confederate soldiers there too.

A simple and solemn place, I like it this way.

All wars are sad but I think civil wars are the saddest of all. S many brothers versus brothers!
