I spotted these on the Belhaven campus awhile back. It's gotten pretty cold here in Jackson though, so not sure if they have survived our recent frost. I still have the picture to enjoy though.

Very pretty! It's a little frosty here too.
Regarding you comment on fishing. they fish for Salmon mostly--depending how far out they can go. Salmon is a big industry out here. All up and down the coast--Alaska to N. Ca. and beyond!!
Love the pop of pink. MB
Flowers like this one--- GONE til June around here.
C'est joli, c'est chouette de voir ces fleurs maintenant, surtout que linkwithin nous donne des sapins de Noël ! -)
Lovely color, I really hope they survived the cold weather.
Love pansies and they always remind me of my beloved mother-in-law who passed in 2003. This is gorgeous, Halcyon!
We were down in Salida yesterday for a few hours and saw a bunch of pansies in a window box of one of the stores. The cold weather hasn't done them in yet.
Jacob: Pansies are actually quite hardy flowers. I've never understood why they came to represent a less-than-manly person!
