Last Friday my husband and I had dinner at our golf club which was followed by a Bingo game. Each card cost three dollars. The first game was worth five, the seond eight and the third ten. The last three games were worth twenty, forty and one hundred dollars respectively. I think those are pretty good prizes! We didn't win anything, but check back tomorrow to see who did.

c'est amusant les soirées Bingo, il en existe rarement en ville, en France c'est plus-tôt des soirées dans les villages.
Oh I love bingo! My mom is a fanatic, really!
Now I'm tempted to play. There's a huge Bingo place here where you get 5 cards for 100 pesos (a little more than $2) and the grand prize is 100,000 (more than $2000). I'm just not fast enough at finding the numbers!
What fun!!
I'm never the lucky kind of person who wins at things like Bingo.
My sister is really lucky though. When we were kids - she won a Nintendo in a drawing sponsered by a local TV show. And once she found $350 in the pocket of an old granny-style purse she bought at the thrift store!
Is there a charity behind this or is it just a way for the club to bring in some revenue?
when i first turned 16, my aunts used to take me to bingo up in missouri - and they used these EXACT same cards at the lodge they played at =)
