Albritons is a Jackson institution. It's a jewelry store also located in the Highland Village shopping center. Although it's an upscale store, I've hardly ever seen it empty. I guess there's always a couple shopping for wedding bands or a husband looking for the perfect anniversary gift. I like their crest near the entrance. It might also be the only place in town with its own heraldry.

l'emblème de ce magasin est très beau, on pourrait y voir des armoiries d'un châtelain
Don't you wish we used heraldry today? I can conjure up some interesting symbols for mine.
Ritzy place! We got a couple fairly ritzy jewelry stores in our local mall, but they're empty most every time we go mall shopping.
B: I'd love to have my own coat of arms. It would have to have golf clubs and theater masks on there somehow.
I was just on a blog where the jewelry store closed some time ago. Poor business performance. I am surprised this one is still going strong in this economy.

I suppose style never goes out of... style?
It is nice to see an old-line store like this continuing to (we hope) prosper.
That's a great crest. I love a family business that's still able to compete with big chain stores!
