I still think it's a bit pretentious for a landlocked city to have a yacht club, but the view over the reservoir can't be beat, especially at dusk.

When I lived outside of Vail, Colorado, I was a member of the Wolcott Yacht Club. We were located on a river and no one had a boat;great parties, however.
How funny about a "yacht" club. That is like people naming lots in subdivisions "estates". LOL! - Love the photo. What a pretty scene!
