A comfy bench to rest on while shopping in the historic Fondren district. We know how to treat you right in Jackson!

Very nice place indeed. Like all the colourful pillows on this bench.

This looks like it's in front of a home, not in a shopping district! Nap time!

Looks like a great spot to rest and watch the rest of the world go by.

Right now it's only a nice place to rest if you shop early or late.

Our official temp in Jackson yesterday was 99. But my car thermometer and some banks put it over 100. Whew! We need some relief.

I'll be right here waiting for you when you are done shopping. Sigh! MB

If I sit there, I'm never going shopping.

Love the pink shutters! It's been unbearably hot here too. I hate it!

Even spotting a few spotted pillows in this overwhelmingly comfy spot.

You've written about the Fondren district before...I think if we get to Jackson, we'll have to see what it's all about.

It is nice to know that comfy benches are available. I can sit there and take pictures of people while Lois shops!

But what's it like outside? I can't imagine that MS is bearable right now - I know we're not and we don't have half your humidity!

How lovely. That pink really works on the shutters. Thinking about it I've never seen that colour here. Looks good in Jackson!

Next time I'm there, I'll let the shop owner know that fans and cool drinks should also be provided. :)
