Mame!

Tonight was our best performance ever! We had a really receptive crowd and they really gave us a lot of energy. The show will be over in just a few more days, it's been a lot of fun, but I'm looking forward to having my free time back!

MAME has been a challenge, but I have thoroughly enjoyed it.... off to directing now.

I am so glad that the show went so well...I wish that I could have seen it. Mame is one of my favorites!

I'm not sure about the weekend of the 21st (Memphis), as we are going to be out of town and haven't paid attention to the next few weekends' announcements. You might try www.commercialappeal.com on the Thursday or Friday you're coming here, and also the Convention and Visitor's bureau's site...they should both have some information for you.

I'm sorry I won't be here. :( I hope that the weather's perfect, and that you'll have a wonderful visit!

Mame is a really good musical. What part did you have?

I am a "featured dancer" in the chorus. I also have a bit part in the scene where Mame gets fired from the salon. It's the scene where she meets Beau for the first time. :)

Thanks for your comments. I have some sites blocked by my work also, usually its the photos they block though. We have a small theater group just down the street from us called the Kaufman County Civic Theatre. I have always wanted to go down there and see a play. They just finished up with A funny thing happened on the way to the forum and will be doing The Philadelphia Story next month.
